The Ministry of Welfare's Public Safety Bureau or the Public Safety Bureau is the main protagonist faction of the science-fiction cop drama anime/manga series Psychi-Pass. It is the entire political center of Japan and has been tasked with hunting down latent criminals to keep Japanese Society at peace and perfect. Unfortunately however, it is also part of the Sibyl System and serves as its pawn to keep Japan under its grip.
