William III (German: Wilhelm III.) was the Count of Neuenahr from 1336 until 1363. William was a son of Count William II. After his death there were no male heirs of the Neuenahr line, so Neuenahr was to pass to his daughter Catherine and her husband John. The female succession angered the Rösheim line and they disputed the succession.
