Lacuni Prowlers are legendary bracers in Diablo III. They require character level 60 to drop. The Lacuni Prowlers are the only bracers to increase both movement speed and attack speed. These bracers also have 5 Primary affixes. As a result, if one does not benefit more from another set of bracers, the Lacuni Prowlers may wind up becoming the best of the best for the slot, often offering a slight increase in base damage per second to the Nephalem hero.
