Brash & Sassy is a cosmetics company that was created by Victoria Newman. It was a subsidiary of Newman Enterprises until it was sold in 2016, and purchased by Billy Abbott. Jill Fenmore Atkinson later purchased the company, but resold it to Victoria in January 2017.
