The IV Elections of In Marea General Secretary were hold in June 4135 in order to decide its fourth Secretary and candidate for the position of Caesar de Senatum of In Marea Possumus Facere, after the previous Secretary, Athena Scudo, announced her resignation when the party lost three consecutive elections. Three candidates took part, resulting in the victory of Aelius Celer, a 28-year lawyer.
