Ysmyrl'da Starym was a clan archmage of the elven Starym clan, one of the twelve founding houses of Cormanthyr, and mother of the house's famous missing heir, Josidiah Starym. She was niece by marriage to Taleisin Starym, one of the clan elders. She was a moon elf, a minority in the clan.
