The Dragon Balls are seven magical orbs that, when gathered together, will summon a dragon named Duragkon to grant a wish. They were created by a Namekian named Piyure, who was the son of Dende. Piyure made these Dragon Balls unlike any other before; they were indestructible, could grant five wishes instead of one or three, and could be reused after only 12 days. After creating the Dragon Balls, Piyure realized he forgot to add a few more things to them, so he made modifications to the Dragon Balls by wishing for them. The modifications were:
