Cheap and fast Soviet tank, has a Vehicle Crew Self Repair which costs 60 munitions, vehicle can still move during repair. Effective against light armored vehicles, buildings and infantry. Potentially effective against other tanks when used in large numbers and adequately supported with heavier tanks and half track with AA upgrade to protect from infantry armed with anti tank weapons. Weak against other tanks, AT guns and RPG. Later on, its best use is for its recon mode providing sight for longer range units.
