The Honky Tonk District is a settlement that adjoins Fort Howe on Turaxis II. Confederate troops in the area referred to it as the HTC, and stated that though it was not very durable it was open twenty-five hours a day. The district was filled with tawdy bars, strip joints, thieves and hookers, but also contained a high class restaurant known as The Gourmand. During the Guild Wars, when Fort Howe came under attack by the Kel-Morian Combine, the district suffered collateral damage.
