Kail Saffian was a high-ranking member of the Armenian Mafia. While the Strike Team was looking for Margos Dezerian, Vic Mackey caught Saffian in a parking lot along with some of his associates, who were smuggling drugs inside Middle Eastern carpets. Vic tried to interrogate Saffian on the whereabouts of Margos by shoving his face in a container of oil. As Saffian struggled to breathe, Vic and the team realized that the Strike Team was being watched by Dezerian from a nearby building.
