Dipper O'rion, known as Hokuto Shijima(志（し）島（じま） 北（ほく）斗（と）, Shijima Hokuto) in the Japanese version, is an opponent in Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of the Duelist. This is a video game depiction of Dipper O'rion, a character from the Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V anime.
