Miguel "Caesar" Chavez is the Don of the Chavez Mafia family in Dallas/Ft. Worth. Originally from Mexico, he is known as an enemy of Aztlan and supplies and finances resistance groups there. He has started attempts to expand his business to Houston and the CAS Sector of Denver.
