Baymax is a digital health care companion which was created by Takashi Hamada in the movie. Baymax is the best friend to Hiro Hamada and helps him if Hiro is in trouble or has to figure out his situations. In the movie, Baymax helped Hiro defeat Yokai (Robert Callaghan) and try to be the heroes they can. He currently works at the San Franksokyo Institute of Technology with the gang.
