The Cetus is a legendary creature that appears in Final Fantasy: The 4 Heroes of Light. The Cetus is used by the party to travel across the ocean during the final stages of the game. The city of Liberte is built atop of the Cetus and could be controlled by the people through the panel located in Liberte's town hall, provided if they had the Rusty Compass. The Cetus was forced into an eternal slumber after Leviathan's minions forced Captain Drake to steal Rusty Compass from Liberte.
