The Cheer Outfit is an item from The Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes. It is an obtainable outfit Link can equip, increasing his Energy Gauge by 50%. In order to create the Cheer Outfit, Link must obtain three Frilly Fabrics which can only be purchased from the Street Merchant for 3,000 Rupees and this fabric can only be purchased once per day. Fortunately, the outfit itself costs only 100 Rupees. This is likely due to the fact that the materials alone cost a total of 9,000 Rupees. When Link wears the outfit in Madam Couture's Shop, he will carry around a pair of pom-poms.
