Charmy is a version of Charmy Bee native to Another Time, Another Place, and is a member of that Zone's Chaotix. A friend of Sonic the Hedgehog, he attended his birthday party only to be drawn through a portal by the attacking monster known as the Time Eater. Some time later, he and his teammates Vector and Espio formed a rowing team for the Olympics, though Charmy devoted more time to yelling orders through a megaphone than he did to participating. All three were among the competitors in the games who were captured by Dr. Eggman and locked inside a large Prison Egg, but were subsequently rescued by Sonic. (StH: #230, #242)
