Ziki Vista (ビスタ, Ziki Bisuta) also known as the Dragon Lord (竜卿, Ryuukei) a member of The Dudes. He is the First Mate of George D. Matthew, the captain of the crew. His dream is to make George a Pirate King and to become the worlds greatest Cook . Although he isn't very old, he has quite a bounty of File:Bsymbol10.gif 250,000,000. The bounty is this big, because of him teaming up with George, who is one of the most chased pirates on the earth and because some other crimes he committed. Because his bounty is over File:Bsymbol10.gif 100,000,000 he is considered to be one of the Super Rookies.
