Razz Wheeler is a half-drunk gnome who drowns his sorrows at a bar at the Mirage Raceway. He became down on his luck when his hand was permanently injured in an explosion. He cannot work and he lost the last of his money betting on a race. He wishes to move to a major city, or have his hand restored with magic. He has a sample of super rocket fuel and he would be willing to part with it if anyone could help him out.
