Martha Leighton was a female human in the 23rd century who was the wife - and later widow - of Doctor Thomas Leighton, and resided on Planet Q with her husband in the mid-2260s. During a visit by the Karidian Company of Players to Planet Q in 2266, her husband developed a strong suspicion that Anton Karidian was, in fact, Kodos the Executioner. While she had deep reservations about her husband's suspicions, he was eventually proved correct, but unfortunately after his death. (TOS episode: "The Conscience of the King")
