Detective Javier Abreu is an NYPD police detective. In the pilot he appears to be Captain Thomas Gregson's second in command, working alongside him and Sherlock Holmes during the case. He only appears in the pilot episode, afterwards disappearing and being replaced by Marcus Bell in the series.
