The President of the Ahazi Republic was the elected head of state and government in the Ahazi Republic. It was the highest political office and holds control over the executive branch of the nation. The position began originally as simply the head position of the Autonomous Ahazi Republic (AAR), functioning in the same manner as governors did in the five governorates of the New Republic of Kafuristan. The AAR was a de facto subdivision of the nation.
