Avram Turner was a Havenite citizen and politician. He was hand-picked by Robert Pierre as Secretary of the Treasury to enact several monetary and economic reforms. He was killed during Esther McQueen's attempted coup. (HH9) Arnold Giancola worked under him at one point. (HH10)
