Commodore Faris was a Human Starfleet officer during the 22nd century. At some time prior to the year 2270, Faris had served under the command of Robert April. In 2270, Faris ordered the Federation starship USS Enterprise to Skagway in order to save that colony from the debris falling out of the rings of Klondike VI as they destabilized.
