Charlie Luck is a former NASCAR driver from Manakin, VA. He was a fixture on the Busch Series in the 1980s, where he competed in 105 races. Luck finished 9th in points twice with his family owned #45, earning thirty-eight top-ten finishes. His best career finish was a 2nd at Martinsville in 1982 and at Rougemont in 1986.
