The Mario & Luigi series consists of five Mario RPGs that started with Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga for the Game Boy Advance. The series went on to the Nintendo DS with Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time and Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story. The games are million sellers, and are developed by AlphaDream. The series is commonly considered the handheld counterpart to Paper Mario.
