Alpha Grungoths were much stronger members of the Grungoth species, with Brown spikes around their upper body. They lead their prides, and often let the other members of the pride attack first. A pride consisted of three regular Grungoths, plus an Alpha itself. If all of its pride had died, it would fight Ratchet itself. It was stronger and faster than a normal Grungoth, but otherwise the same. Their natural habitat was in the Polar Sea, but a few had been taken to Uzo City by the Minions.
