Wisdom of the Kami was a Mastery 4 air spell which allowed the shugenja to rearrange his own memories, boosted on of the caster's skills by the intellect and adaptability of the kami of air. Dishonorable shugenja mightalso use it to gain the skills they needed for infiltration and espionage.
