The Council of Elders was the first ruling party of the Infinite Empire. After forming as a coalition of islands on Lehon, the Council of Elders led their armies to victory against the Council of Warlords. Eventually, they came to govern the entire planet and their rule was responsible for the discovery of the hyperdrive. Using the hyperdrive, they founded the Infinite Empire by ruling their entire sector. They were succeeded by the Boroat Dynasty.
