Alan Morgan, a technician with Pacific Electric in Saugus, was bribed by Alexis Drazen to cut the power at grid sector 26-GG at 7:20pm on Day 1, apparently the location of the Saugus Wildlife Preserve. After Drazen was stabbed by Elizabeth Nash, Jack Bauer met with Morgan at California Plaza pretending to be Drazen, learning about Drazen's arrangement before Morgan was killed by Teddy Hanlin when he tried to flee.
