The Bawdy Carp was one of the four largest gangs in Zakyo Toshi, recognizable by their water-motif tattoos which always had a white koi and a black koi entwined together. The gang owned geisha houses, practicing extortion for money and political gain. Their activities were confined within the Pleasure and Gambling districts. The Bawdy Carp eventually allied with the other three gangs.
