Blackholetchi (ブラックホールっちBurakkuhōrutchi) is a Tamagotchi character introduced in Tamagotchi: The Movie. When he is awake, he takes the form identical to a massive, black octopus with two arms, five legs, a large head, and a mouth with a giant purple swirl inside. When he is asleep, he takes the form of a giant, swirling black hole and will suck anything within range into his stomach unless he's woken up. Blackholetchi is the second space-living character to be introduced to the series; the first of these was the Tamagotchi Planet itself.
