Blair Manning is a fictional character on the ABC soap opera General Hospital. She is the daughter of Addie Cramer and unknown man. She is married to Todd Manning, with whom she has two children: Starr and Jack. She is also the adoptive mother of her ex-husband, Victor Lord, Jr.'s son, Sam (with the late, Margaret Cochran). Through her marriage to Todd, she gained Danielle as a stepdaughter. She also pretty good friends with her former enemy and Danielle's mother, Téa Delgado. She was portrayed by Kassie DePaiva from March 2-December 3, 2012.
