The battle mage is an alternative upgrade of the Mage, found in Heroes of Might and Magic V add-on, Tribes of the East. The battle mage has less damaging spells than the archmage, but it does more damage with its ranged attack, and has more shots to fire, making it a deadly ranged attacker.
