This is used by Doctors, Musicians, and Dancers and works in Medical Centers, Cantinas, Theaters, and Hotels in both player cities and static cities. When a location is successfully registered, anyone will see a sun symbol next to its listing on the planetary map--signifying the location is populated with an active player. When a registered player leaves the location, they are no longer registered. More than one player may register in one location at a time. When no one is registered for a location, its symbol will change back to a crescent moon.
