Sovar lived on Tatooine and acted as a cargo solicitor for the smuggler Platt Okeefe. On one run, he was only able to secure a cargo of nearly worthless glaze cakes, and so bought her a drink at a local cantina to compensate. While there, bounty hunters tried to capture Okeefe, but she successfully escaped.
