Cold Station One was a United Federation of Planets facility, located on Luna, active in the 22nd through 24th centuries. Cold Station One was established in the early 22nd century, and was the Federation's first off-Earth microbiological archive stations. Given its founding date, the station may have been originally a facility established by a consortium of Earth's nations or by the United Earth government. In the 2360s, the director of Cold Station One was Dr. Mary Howard. ("The Devil We Know")
