The planet Babylon 5 orbits, Epsilon III, has been having some unusual seismic events and Dr. Tasaki, a geologist wants to get closer to take some readings. As they approach the planet, a large energy beam suddenly fires from the planet, nearly destroying the shuttle. They manage to avoid crashing but don't have enough power to get back to the station. A fighter wing is deployed to retrieve them. The ghostly figure appears once again, this time to Londo. Garibaldi looks down at the display, and says, "What the hell?"
