Percival van Rustenburg (born 21 February 2591) was a Rutanian politician and former leader and member of the Imperium Party. He was the 3rd Imperium Party Leader after Santiago Garcia resigned in April 2616. He was removed from office in December 2644 by Iain Angel, a majority of IPMs and the Imperium Assembly due to poor results in the general election.
