Series X is the tenth television series and was a revival series of Red Dwarf that started airing on October 4, 2012 and concluded on November 8th. It stars Chris Barrie as Arnold Rimmer, Craig Charles as Dave Lister, Danny John-Jules as the Cat, and Robert Llewellyn as Kryten. Filming took place in November and December of 2011 and January of 2012, and the series was commissioned by Dave, the same network who commissioned Back to Earth. An eleventh series, Series XI, was broadcast by Dave in Autumn 2016.
