Major (Sir) Percy Coleman Simmons (5 March 1875 - 18 September 1939) was a solicitor and local politician. The son of Henry John Simmons, a tailor and Fanny née Hart. Admitted a solicitor in 1906, he formed a partnership with his brother Edward Coleman Simmons as Simmons & Simmons of Threadneedle Street. He was adopted by the Conservative Party as their candidate at Tower Hamlets, St George for the General Election of January 1910 but was defeated by 434 votes. When a by-election was held in the same constituency in March of the same year he was again defeated, this time by 509 votes.
