The 1987 Budweiser 500 was a Winston Cup Series (now Nextel Cup) event held at Dover International Speedway on May 31, 1987. Davey Allison won his second and final race of the year in dominating fashion, leading 212 of the 500 laps in route to a seven-second victory on Bill Elliott.
