Frédéric Charles Joseph François Charlier (June 24, 1890 - July 7, 1929) was a Belgian hockey player and auto racer. Charlier played club hockey for Brussels IHC and was a member of the Belgian National Team at the European Championships in 1910, 1911, 1913, and 1914. As a race-car driver, he won the Circuit de Thuin in 1927 and 1929, and the Grand Prix de 'Heure in 1927. He was killed on July 7, 1929, during a 24-hour race at the Circuit de Francorchamps, when his car crashed into a tree.
