Baticul, the Capital of Light (光の王都バチカル?) is the largest city in the world, with a population of 500,000, and the capital of Kimlasca-Lanvaldear in Tales of the Abyss. The city stretches high into the sky and houses both the Kimlascan Royal Family and their defending army. It is ruled by King Ingobert VI, alongside his daughter, Princess Natalia Luzu Kimlasca-Lanvaldear.
