The Raid on Kuat was a raid on the shipyards at Kuat by the forces loyal to Warlord Zsinj, against the loyalist Galactic Empire. Shortly after losing much of his fleet at the Battle of Corsin, Zsinj made for the Razor's Kiss—an Executor-class Star Dreadnaught being worked on at Kuat. Nearly completed, it was to become the personal flagship of Emperor Ken Palpatine. Zsinj decided to steal it, as then he would have two dreadnoughts in his fleet. However, the defense fleet at Kuat, along with the Razor's Kiss, held off Zsinj. Reinforcements arrived, and defeated Zsinj's fleet, forcing him to flee. The warlord's fleet regrouped at Serenno, where it was destroyed.
