Jeong Ha-Neul (Korean: 정하늘 (Hangul), Affectionate Heaven), simply referred to as Jung, was a musically inclined and bubbly Quincy currently aligned with the Engelhaft Gewitter Order. Within the Engelhaft Gewitter, she was better known by her moniker Jeong Ha-Neul the Resonator or Agent H and was collectively called the Harpist.
