The planet was abandoned due to a Wraith attack, with at least 1,000 of the original inhabitants taken to a pattern storage module in an orbiting Moon Base, while the rest were killed and destroyed, many by the human's own atomic weapons, which wiped out the remaining Human population as well as the attacking Hive ships. This planet is notable for being one of the two known unprotected Pegasus galaxy human civilizations that was able to achieve spaceflight, the other being the Travelers.
