[Darth Ryze] was the Grand Inquisitor in the Galactic Empire. He joined the Empire after being betrayed by Luke Skywalker and his Former Wife. He stayed in The New Jedi order not long, but eventually went Rogue. Then he turned to the Sith, where he became the Grand Inquisitor and commands his legion, the 38th Security Division.
