Aethelan was a great barn of man. Though he stood only 5’11”, he outweighed most Dúnedain, and hardly an ounce of his body was fat.When he was entering his old age he was still hale and could wield his axe with a fury. Aethelan could not be mistaken, for his beard had retained it's black color while his hair had turned as white as snow.
