Stephen Lowe (born 23rd January, 1953) wrote 44 episodes of Coronation Street in three stints in May 1989 and November 2004, one of them co-written with Joe Turner. He has also scripted an episode of BBC crime drama Dalziel and Pascoe and editions of Play for Today, Screen Two, In Suspicious Circumstances, Revelations and the 1993 adaptation of The Scarlet and the Black.
