Estil I was the son of Alman II and brother of Alman III He succeeded his brother after a brief reign. His own reign was ended the next year, when, with the help of Thomas Atreides, Elrood II was restored to the throne, along with the House of Saluso Corrino. He was an ancestor (great-grandfather) of Alman IV and Wallach I.
